Which elevator brands does ElevatorFix support?
We’re starting with STEP (AS380, AS360) and Monarch controllers, then expanding to more brands. The app is designed to grow model by model over time.
Does the app work offline?
The first releases use online data so we can update content quickly. Offline caching for technicians is planned as a major upcoming feature.
Is ElevatorFix only for one company, or can anyone use it?
Any authorised technician can create an account using their email. Later, companies will be able to onboard teams under one plan.
How often do you add new data and models?
We plan to add new brands and models continuously based on real usage and requests from the community.
