• Provide technical elevator information and app features.
• Operate community, chat and support ticket functionality.
• Review app bugs, reports, unsafe content and feedback.

3. Google Sign-In

ElevatorFix may use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When users choose Google login, Google may share basic account information such as name, email address and profile image according to the permissions shown on the Google sign-in screen.

4. Community Content

Users may post content in the community section. Users are responsible for the content they submit. ElevatorFix may review, moderate, restrict or remove content that violates safety, legal or community standards.

5. Support Tickets and Reports

When users submit support tickets or reports, ElevatorFix may collect the ticket message, selected category, related reported content IDs, screenshots, device information, app version and platform information to help diagnose and resolve issues.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell user personal data. We may use trusted service providers such as Supabase, Google authentication, hosting providers and technical infrastructure providers to operate the app and related services.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Account Deletion and User Requests

Users may request account deletion, correction of information or privacy support by contacting us at the email address below. Some data may be retained where required for security, legal, abuse prevention or audit purposes.

ElevatorFix is intended for elevator technicians, engineers and service professionals. It is not intended for children.
